Employee of the Month

Carroll “Roll’ Roberts is the Director of Business Development in the Ohio and Northern Kentucky Markets for BluMine Health. Carroll brings 30 years’ experience in the insurance industry along with his DPC knowledge to grow these markets. He educates companies on the value of on-site and shared-site clinics that provide primary care, wellness, and pharmacy savings for employer groups. Carroll works directly with Employers and the Insurance Brokerage Market to share the benefits and financial return of implementing BluMine Health for Self-funded Medical plans.

Carroll moved to Cincinnati in 1985 from Baltimore, Maryland where he was born and raised. He met his wife of 27 years in Cincinnati where they have raised their two children, son Chance 23 and daughter Sunny 21. He attended college at Washington College in Chestertown, Maryland and graduated from Xavier University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management.

In his free time, Carroll stays involved in sports and specifically Lacrosse. He played lacrosse from a very young age, throughout high school, and continued with a two year career at the Division III level at Washington College in Chestertown, MD. He is now a volunteer coach at all levels for over 15 years.
