BluMine has opened a new location for its clients in the J-town area, serving East Louisville. This location has six exam rooms, great parking, and a comprehensive lab to accommodate our clients.
Blumine is not offering urgent care, but rather dedicated staff for its clients only, so patients build a relationship with the same practitioner. This is a private, concierge approach to healthcare, and not open to the public.

Access To
Care
Access to care is simple. You can call to schedule a member appointment at our concierge BluMine care center. Call ahead to reserve a time to be seen, or walk-in (based on availability in each clinic). BluMine has no co-pays or complicated insurance forms.
Wellness Program
From annual checkups to weight loss and smoking cessation, we cover the gamut of care needed by each and every employee in an employer network through our care clinic model.
We do offer telehealth options, as well as sample medications, in-clinic onsite.
Chronic Disease Management
From diabetes to heart care, our nurse practitioners take the time to learn more about you and your families, to help you make the best medical decisions possible. When it’s time for a referral, we are able to send you where you will be cared for by the best possible physicians and specialists.
BluMine Rx Solutions
We manage the cycle of care, which can include Rx solutions like member assistance, drug manufacturer tie-ins, and wholesale pharmacy approaches.
