Family Nurse Practitioner (APRN)
Position Overview
We are seeking dedicated and highly skilled Family Nurse Practitioners to provide comprehensive primary and specialized healthcare services across diverse patient populations ages two and up. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering patient-centered care.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform initial patient screenings, patient history reviews, physical examinations, and preventive health measures.
- Perform phlebotomy, urine and body fluid collection, minor procedures, and wound care.
- Maintain employee health records in the EMR system, with charting completed within 48 hours of the visit.
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess patient clinical problems and healthcare needs.
- Record physical findings and formulate treatment plans and prognoses based on patient condition.
